Team/division description:

Within the Olympic Paralympic division (OPD) responsible to deliver the Paris 2024 Games and leverage our partnership, the Engagement team aims to bring to life our shift from a car company to a mobility company. Paris 2024 will be a unique opportunity to show the world our vision of future mobility (electrification, hydrogen society...). Through activations on the journey to, as well as during the Games, we want to increase our brand reputation externally and generate pride internally.

Your responsibilities:

Support the Hospitality & Engagement team in the development of Hospitality programmes for the Toyota guests (internal & external stakeholders) Pre-Games and During Games OLY and PARA.

More concretely, you will support the team on:

? Preparation of Guests 1-day accesses/policy/Registration creation for different Toyota venues and Guest management for defined day access.

? Coordination of Physical assets /logistic from Japan, USA etc to Paris

? Assist the Hospitality/ Engagement team with additional activities (guest management on site, communication, F&B etc.)

? Pre games planning and On-site operations during the Games ad-hoc

Jouw profiel

? You have good knowledge/experience on events: Logistics for the assets / Operations/Transport etc

? Structured, Process driven

? You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe business language). French is mandatory

? You are willing to travel (regular trips to Paris, approx. twice a month for 3 days)

? You have a strong sense of collaboration.

? You apply a critical mind and have a Challenging, Creative, Positive mindset

? You adapt your communication style and content to various stakeholders

? You have a valid work permit (non-student)

  • De activiteiten van een team coördineren
    Een organisatie leiden
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan commerciële krachten bij de lancering van commerciële actieplannen
  • Sociale media-toepassingen inzetten in professionele processen
  • De productontwikkelingsstrategie bepalen of ertoe bijdragen samen met de dienst onderzoek en ontwikkeling, de productieafdeling, de commerciële dienst, ...

Full time

Hybrid : Toyota Motor Europe Head Office in Evere and possibility for home office. Willing to travel to Paris on regular basis.
